Role and Responsibilities: Advisor for Global Sports Education

The Advisor for Global Sports Education will play a crucial role in promoting sports education worldwide. The advisor will work closely with educational institutions, industry leaders, and stakeholders to create awareness about sports-related academic programs and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Awareness & Advocacy
   • Promote the significance of sports education across universities, schools, and colleges globally.
   • Represent SPAA India in international and national forums, conferences, and seminars related to sports education.
   • Establish partnerships with government bodies, sports federations, and private institutions to enhance the reach of sports education programs.
2. Institutional Collaboration
   • Guide universities, colleges, and schools in associating with SPAA India to introduce BBA / MBA programs in Sports Management and B.Tech in Sports Technology, which are copyrighted by SPAA India.
   • Assist institutions in curriculum development and implementation of these courses.
   • Provide strategic advice on structuring academic frameworks to align with global sports industry needs.
3. Promotion of Short-term Certificate Programs
   • Advocate for short-term professional certification programs in specialized fields such as:
     1. Sports Management
     2. Sports Technology
     3. Artificial Intelligence in Sports
     4. Sports Physiotherapy
     5. Sports Law
     6. Sports Media & Journalism
     7. Fitness & Coaching Certification
     8. Sports Marketing and other allied programs
   • Encourage professionals, students, and sports enthusiasts to enroll in these certifications for skill enhancement.
4. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
   • Identify potential markets and institutions for expansion of SPAA India’s programs.
   • Develop strategies for branding and marketing of SPAA India’s academic offerings globally.
   • Work with digital platforms to facilitate online learning and accessibility of sports education.
5. Industry Networking & Policy Advocacy
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, academies, and governing bodies.
   • Advocate for policy changes and government support in integrating sports education into mainstream education systems.
6. Quality Assurance & Innovation
   • Ensure high standards in course delivery and program content to maintain academic excellence.
   • Support the integration of modern technologies like AI, data analytics, and sports sciences into educational programs.
   • Recommend innovative teaching methodologies and learning tools for sports education.

The Advisor will serve as a key figure in driving the mission of SPAA India forward, ensuring that sports education gains global recognition and accessibility.
