Role and Responsibilities: Chief Mentor – Global Sports Education

As the Chief Mentor, the individual will play a pivotal role in establishing, promoting, and ensuring the success of sports education programs under SPAA India. The Chief Mentor will actively engage with universities, colleges, and schools to launch and maintain academic programs while providing strategic guidance to institutions and students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Collaboration with Educational Institutions
   • Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and schools to introduce SPAA India’s UG/PG programs in Sports Management, Sports Technology, and allied fields.
   • Offer institutions a structured roadmap to integrate these programs into their academic framework.
   • Provide universities with strategic guidance on curriculum development, faculty training, and infrastructure setup for sports education.
2. Academic Excellence & Program Implementation
   • Conduct academic audits to ensure institutions maintain high-quality education standards.
   • Guide institutions on best practices in sports education, aligning with international standards.
   • Offer advisory support for examination patterns, faculty selection, student engagement, and assessment methods.
3. Student & Scholar Engagement
   • Encourage students, professionals, and scholars to pursue sports education for career enhancement.
   • Organize awareness programs, webinars, and workshops to highlight the importance and career scope of these courses.
   • Guide students through mentoring sessions, offering insights into career opportunities, research areas, and professional growth in sports.
4. Mentorship & Career Guidance
   • Act as a mentor to students throughout the course, helping them gain practical exposure and industry insights.
   • Connect students with internship and placement opportunities in sports organizations, federations, and multinational companies.
   • Offer career counseling on sports management, coaching, technology, physiotherapy, AI, media, law, and fitness.
5. Marketing & Promotion of SPAA India’s Programs
   • Promote SPAA India’s short-term and long-term courses through academic networks, conferences, and digital platforms.
   • Build an admission advisory system to guide students in selecting the right courses for their aspirations.
   • Assist in developing marketing strategies to expand the reach and recognition of SPAA India’s sports education programs globally.
6. Innovation & Future Growth Strategy
   • Identify new trends in sports education and recommend cutting-edge courses such as AI, sports analytics, and performance science.
   • Collaborate with sports federations, research institutions, and government bodies to shape policies in sports education.
   • Work towards making SPAA India a global leader in sports education through continuous innovation and excellence.

As Chief Mentor, the individual will serve as the driving force behind SPAA India’s academic initiatives, ensuring that institutions deliver world-class sports education and that students receive the best guidance for their careers.
